  7. You sport climbers don’t understand what it’s like to really be on the sharp end (as in this vid) – you’ve probably never been more than 4 feet from a bolt.

  8. With that kind of footwork I was expecting him to slip any second… I really like trad climbing videos but this is not exactly a good one.

    And, yes, I have been far further than 4 feet from a bolt (although I count in the metric system) :-P

  9. Nice vid ! Like John says, it’s far much closer to reality than plenty of other climbing videos. We really feel the tension during the ascent and to me such kind of vid is far more interesting than many overrated movies.
